pirate parrot

 Over at Fantabulous Cricut the challenge is put a bird on it. I used noahs ark cart for parrot at 6in used office clip to make them stand by themselfs and used lifes aparty for the bandanna and eyepatch, band cut 2 and 1/4in and eye patch3/4 in
This is what they look like standing, I have all my pirate stuff set up in one place everything is made of paper except the jewels of course

lala loopsy collectors explosion box

 First of all I am entering this explosion box into my craft spot challange anything goes. www.craftspotbykimberly.blogspot.com I used my cricut expression machine and the carts, george,
sweet tooth box, and creative card cartriages. Instead of the regular lid I cut and used a square box
It fits over the entire cuts. the explosion box was cut from mini book cart ftp Added the tree from the lala loospy box when you buy them.
 Heres a side view with the little open shutters. Now lets look at the cute box when you lift off the lid
I now you cant see it but all the papers are embossed in buttons and all the tags you get when you buy a la la loopsy is put into the book she has two other books besides this newest one. I think she has too many dolls lol.

me pirate mini album

 First of all I am entering this into the anything goes challenge over at www.cutitupchallenges.blogspot.com I have been working on a pirate party for my gd she loves her lala loopsy pirate dolls so this is why she decided this theme. It has turned out to be such fun. I make a mini album for every birthday so the girls will have memories and what kind of party they had so they can look back later. I used the mini book cart and lifes a party for this mini. This is the front of the book. THe paper I used is all maps worked out perfect.
 heres the inside I cut the map out and cut slits in top and bottom to add a picture in

 I cut out the skull flag and I plan on putting a picture of the face in the skull then I wrote all the pirate words, what a pirate says  booty equals treasure and so on
 and some more words and the treasure chest I cut into so I can add photo here
 This is some things that were made for her party that I added to book and can add pic. also
 heres the swords cupcake pics that are used for her party
 heres the eyepatches and the treasure chest invite closed with an eyepatch that says you're invited
 treasure chest and closed envelope that I will put some of the jewels used for the party

 This large mustache I bought for 25 cents for twelve couldnt pass up these are photo props cut into to fit in book
Finally the back of book has date and year and closed back here the strap goes thru the tag.

3rd challenge post for dt at a song in your heart

It's time for another challenge at a http://www.asonginyourart.blogspot.com The song Celebration, by Kool and the Gang. I used the words It's a party, So everyone around the world come on. I cut the globe card at 5 and half in using the cart going places cricut cart. added grn cardstock behind the globe. Drew stick people to represent people around the world. It is time for another challenge at wwwdecoratetocelebrate.blogspot.com Its time to enter those wonderful spring time ideas or any birthday idea either one is excepted. We love inspiration from everyone. This is my springtime umbrella door decoration. I have seen this umbrella but in cloth of course. I have been wanting to make it for awhile so here was my chance. I started off with 12 by 12 paper and rolled into cones glued four together and staple to make shape of umbrella used clothes hanger for the umbrella handle and bottom just glue made all the daisies using the from the flower cart. daffodils are handmade with coffee filters and the bird on handle is cut at 4in from alice and wonderland cart may have to click on picture to get a larger look. cowboy birthday bag

This is a fun little cowboy bag for a little boys party. I started out with a white paper sack.
Measured bag and made a pattern for the vest, pants and bandanna, then cut out in different patterns. the belt in 2 in wide strip, horse shoe buckle is one and half inch cut from create a critter the star badge on the vest is also from same cart cut and 2in and stamped thanks on . the gun is cut from wild card two at 4in It comes out of holster and also stamped thanks for coming. st.pat party hat favors



 
 These little party favors are super easy to make and cute at the same time. I started with a solo cup with lid, added all green skittles cut with cricut using George cart for the rim of hat cut circle at 3in then cut the shamrock from designer calendar cart at one inch add ribbon band and little buckle. The buzz about spring-time



I am entering this spring time bee with seed in the belly. The challenge is at www.cutitupchallenges.blogspot.com  Green st pat day or spring no.40 I used Teddy bear parade cart cut bear at 7in cut 2in hole in middle for sweet cup added sumflower seeds added sunflower tag wrote around the flower spring time sun-n-flowers. This was fun and now my girls can tear into the seeds. lol

happy birthday pirate banner

 This is just half of banner, each end has the big pirate bird at the end and I used rock princess cart for the skulls with the letters the spell happy birthday and glued onto clothes pins to hold on wire. The skulls on the banner are from the cart lifes a party and the banners are hand cut along with the stripes on top of the banner this is all pieced not paper. 2nd challenge for a song in my heart

Today is the second challenge at www.asonginyourart.blogspot.com hosted by Deanne-Clark-Saunders. This challenge song is TIme Flies lyrics by Johnny Reid. Now hop over get the lyrics and see what line of the song gives you the inspiration to craft a project. The lines stood out to me were we all laugh,cry, time flies. I thought this would make a great anniversary card. THe clock on my card is cut from the nifty fifties at 4in used indie art cart for wings 2in wrote on the wings we listen, we laugh and on the bottom banner we sigh, time flies by on the inside when I am with you. DT post for dtc challenge

Hello everyone hope you all are keeping warm. Today is a new challenge at www.decoratetocelebrate.blogspot.com It's all about st. patty day or you may enter a birthday creation. Today I have made a cute table centerpiece plus a treat container. How to catch a leprachan
First you need a cute leprachan girl some clovers and of course some gold coins. I used ppdu cricut cart and cut at 4 and a half inch and clovers are one and a half  the big leprachan is just the head at 4 and a half real size cut hair and beard at 3in shirt and paints at 3in and piece together to fit the container you use.
